For the entrance hall of a castle in the Southwest of France, the architect Maxime d'Angeac delegated Atelier Pulsatil to create custom chandeliers.
The structure of this light fixture was created using a sophisticated locksmithing technique. A delicate matte black lacquer outlines the facets of Saint-Just glass. Asymmetrical and unique, these facets were meticulously cut to perfectly fit each opening of the chandelier. The artisanal clouded glass combined with custom LED lighting creates a diffused light that reveals the castle’s stone decor.
These chandeliers were rigorously hand-assembled, piece by piece, at the Pulsatil Workshop to faithfully reproduce Maxime d’Angeac’s design.
